The CLICK PLUS PLC Series combines the simplicity of the original CLICK with advanced features you wouldn't expect from a simple low-cost controller. Data logging, Wi-Fi connectability, MQTT communication and increased security measures are just a few of the impressive features offered with the CLICK PLUS PLC series.

• Choose your preferred communication method - wired, wireless (Wi-Fi) or both

Expandable I/O

• A CLICK PLUS CPU with on-board option module can be used as a complete standalone PLC system, or the controller can be expanded with the addition of up to eight stackable I/O modules.
• A variety of CLICK stackable I/O modules are available for flexible and optimal PLC system configuration.

Enhanced Security Measures

CLICK PLUS features a set of improved security measures including:

• Required strong password - only qualified passwords are allowed, and the software offers feedback on the strength of the password while the User account is being configured.
• Encrypted password transfer and storage - Encryption helps to protect project sensitive passwords from being hacked while being transferred over the network or stored in the PLC.
• Improved port management - Users can disable all non-essential RJ-45, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth ports as needed to reduce the vulnerability of unauthorized access.
• Ping disable - This makes the PLC invisible to pings and thus reduces the vulnerability to deliberate denial of service (DoS) attacks.
• Session security for connected devices - By using sessions, each initiated communication request must contain a unique ID. If the ID is missing, the CLICK PLUS PLC will discard the request.

High Speed Counting

• High speed counting and interval/duration/frequency measurement
• Counting: Up, Down, Up/Down, Pulse/Direction, Quadrature (with Z)
• Measurement: Intervals (Edge-Edge), Duration (High/Low), Frequency (Hz/RPM)

CLICK PID

• Streamlined PID loop control capability (up to 8 loops simultaneously)
• PID function offers features such as: Pulse width modulated control outputs, PID Monitor, Autotuning, Process variable alarms and Bumpless Transfer.

Easy Installation

• The CLICK PLUS PLC programmable control system does not require a mounting base, which saves on space.
• The CLICK PLUS PLC CPU and stackable I/O modules are connected together via an expansion port on the sides of the modules.

• The CLICK PLUS PLC supports a very simple but useful set of 21 easy-to-use instructions.
• The 21 instructions cover most applications that are suitable for this class of programmable logic controller.
