This rugged yet economical line of metal pilot devices should provide solutions for all your operator panel designs. Nothing has been sacrificed to offer you the highest quality rotary switch, emergency stop switch and momentary push button switch products at the lowest prices. Choose from a complete line of illuminated or non-illuminated momentary push button switch products and emergency stop switch and rotary switch products. A variety of accessories are also available. 

Features include:

• Chrome-plated alloy operator is attractive and corrosion resistant; operators protected to IP65
• Support base mounts into panels up to 6 mm thick. Secure mounting method eliminates twisting in mounting hole
• Self-cleaning gold-plated silver contacts provide reliable low energy switching
• Mount up to six contact blocks in any combination to a support base (two wide by three deep)
• Pressure plate wire terminals for easy, secure wiring, accept up to 14 AWG wire
• Contacts rated at 10 amps thermal current
• Six colors available in pushbuttons, illuminated pushbuttons and indicating lights, including red, green, yellow, blue and white (clear for indicating devices)

Models include:

• Flush and extended pushbuttons in six different colors (with one contact block) at very low prices
• Illuminated pushbuttons in 24 V and 120 V incandescent lamp and LED configurations
• Emergency Stop mushroom pushbuttons in twist-and-release and key-released versions
• Two-way pushbuttons for START/ STOP applications
• Illuminated Push On/ Push Off pushbuttons
• Monoblock non-metal incandescent indicating lights in 24V and 120V models in six different colors
• Monoblock non-metal LED indicator lights in 24V and 120V models in five different colors
• Selector switches in two and three-position configurations with maintained and momentary actuation and knobs or keyswitches, non-illuminated or illuminated
• Joystick switches in two and four-position configurations, also with maintained and momentary actuation.

Momentary pushbuttons with extended acuator - (GCX121 Series)

All pushbuttons include operator, mounting adapter, chrome plated alloy bezel, indicating bulb (if applicable), and contact block. They are shipped unassembled. The legend plate is not included and must be ordered separately. 

There are 24 models available:

• 24 V and 120 V with incandescent lamp in six colors (red, green, yellow, blue, white, clear)
• 24 V and 120 V with LED lamp in six colors (red, green, yellow, blue, white, clear)

22 mm Metal Illuminated Pushbuttons 
Push-push style pushbuttons with protective plastic ring - (GCX119 Series)

These pushbutton switches are supplied with a special normally open contact block designed for use with this actuator. 

Available models include:

• Latching Push-ON, Push-OFF actuator
• 24 V and 120 V with incandescent lamp in six colors

Mushroom illuminated pushbuttons - (GCX122 Series)

All pushbuttons include operator, mounting adapter, chrome plated alloy bezel, indicating bulb (if applicable), and contact block. They are shipped unassembled. Legend plate is not included and must be ordered separately.

Models include:

• 24 VDC/ VAC and 120 VDC/ VAC incandescent 40 mm mushroom actuator (red)
• 24 VDC/ VAC and 120 VDC/ VAC LED 40 mm mushroom actuator (red)
• Momentary or twist-to-release acuators

NOTE: These pushbuttons are not EN 418 compliant when used as an emergency stop control device.

Double-headed Momentary Pushbuttons - (GCX115 Series)

Double-headed for ON/ OFF control. One normally open and one normally closed contact. 

Available models include:

• 24 VDC/ VAC double-headed with indicator, faces without symbols.
• 120 VDC/ VAC double-headed with indicator, faces without symbols.
• With “ON” (l) and “OFF” (0) symbols

22 mm Non-Metal Incandescent Indicator Lights - (ECX105 Series)

24 V and 120 V LED lamps can be ordered separately and installed for longer life.

• 24 V and 120 V with incandescent lamp in six colors
• Monoblock design for easy mounting
• Side wire entry with back screw terminals for easy wiring and maintenance

22 mm Non-Metal LED Indicator Lights - (ECX205 Series)

Replacement bulbs are NOT available for these models.

• 24 V and 120 V with LED lamp in five colors
• Monoblock design for easy mounting
